Cylinder boring.. $50.00 a hole, add $40.00 if you want them cleaned and bead blasted for unpainted cylinders and $50.00 for painted cylinders.
Sleeve install for the 750 is $250.00. This is fitting sleeve, psitons and decking the cyclinder .
Crankshaft service.. 650 TWINS $280.00 500 SINGLES...$100.00
650/750 Head porting/polishing..$650.00 plus parts that could include valves, guides, springs and intake spigot.
500 Head porting/polishing..$375.00 plus parts that could include valves, guides, springs and intake spigot
650/750 standard refurbish head for $238.00 That includes beadblasting the head and rocker top. valve job. valve seals, and reassembly.
If guides are needed replacement is $50.00 plus parts if done at time of refurb.
Valve Seats rarely need replaced but would cost 200.00 plus parts if done at time of refurb.
Standard 3 angle valve jobs. TT,XT,SR 500 $100.00 , if you want the head bead blasted add $40.00 for unpainted heads and $50.00 for painted heads.
